STEP 1
The first step of looking to buy your new home is to get pre-approved through a lender. By doing so, you know exactly how much you can afford. This gives you more buying power in the market because you are considered to be validated buyer.

STEP 2
The next step to buying your new home is letting us know what criteria you are looking for (i.e. # of beds, baths, certain areas, school districts etc). As a starting spot, we would be happy to set you up on an auto-generated search that sends you new listings. We can also help schedule showings for homes that you are interested in.
STEP 3
Once you have found the home you want, we will help prepare an offer than meets your needs. We will present the offer on your behalf to the seller. Then, we will negotiate the terms and conditions of your offer in your best interest.
